Are you ready to deal with the requirements of the new DAC6/MDR directive? The new regulation affects any EU intermediaries including banks, financial institutions, lawyers, tax advisors and asset managers who create, market, organize or manage cross-border arrangements for their clients. The DAC6 directive is set to come into force on July 1, 2020. However, there is a retroactive reporting obligation for cross-border arrangements, which implicates that preparations should already be in place.
Due to the great interest, we will host a roundtable on "DAC6 requirements and how to successfully manage the challenges" as a platform for discussion, learning and interaction. During the event we will examine in detail the expected go-live of the regulation, how the reporting process will work in practice, the content of reported data fields and our approach to meeting the new reporting requirements.
