Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1851 of 28 May 2019 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 regarding regulatory technical standards (RTS) on the homogeneity of the underlying exposures in securitisation was published in the Official Journal of the EU. It provides clarification with respect to the Securitisation Regulation, which lays down a general framework for securitisation and creates a specific framework for simple, transparent and standardised (STS) securitisation.
