What you'll do

As Global Sales Director (m/f/d) within our international RegTech organization, you work closely with our Management Team, Executive Product Management and report directly to our Head of Sales. Your future tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • End-to-end responsibility for the sales cycle of our best-in-class tax reporting product suite including our broad service portfolio (e.g. Cloud operations and implementation services) dedicated to our tax product line comprising FiTAX and EasyTax solutions globally and encountering close collaboration within our organisation
  • As sales director / senior sales executive (m/f/d) you are responsible for new logo acquisition as well as support an assigned existing customer base for up- and cross-sell
  • You will own and prepare sales presentations and value propositions and lead the full value cycle
  • You will manage the successful participation of RFIs and RFPs
  • Conception, participation and follow-up of networking events and sales campaigns with active speaking roles and visibility towards the market
  • Establish and expand your network with senior leaders in the financial services industry
  • Maintain pipeline in CRM system, actively contribute to financial planning and forecasting

  • Profound understanding of Sales KPIs and their measurement as well as strong acumen to deliver high output in recurring software and service revenues
  • Completed university studies / Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Several years of financial service industry experience, ideally in the field of tax compliance
  • Experience with business case preparation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in contract negotiations
  • Business-fluent in German and English, ideally also business-fluent in French
  • Willingness to travel internationally
