What you'll do

As a Transformation Officer (m/f/d) within our international RegTech organization, you work closely to our Executive Management Board and report directly to our CEO

  • In your future role you will be responsible for frameworks that separate transformational initiatives vs. “Business as usual” and typically focus on on capability building and initiatives with biggest EBITDA growth potential 
  • You select which projects are worth including in the value creation progress and ensure that the focus is on the most important initiatives
  • You create transparency and visibility into transformational value creation plan initiatives progress, for better and faster decisions, by preparing all the necessary information and ensuring the smooth tracking of all important key figures  
  • You act as a sparring partner for the organization and thus enable the line functions to focus on the implementation of transformation projects 
  • You ensure that initiatives are resourced for implementation and support them to achieve fast and pragmatic execution 
  • You support by facilitating resolutions of issues and escalate them if needed, ensuring that initiatives are successful

  • Proven professional experience (approx. 5 years), ideally in a consulting environment and proven experience and of delivering results in a transformational/change process
